Twenty-five years after the first edition of the Premio Leonardo Sciascia Amateur d'Estampe, held at the Primoli Foundation in Rome on 16 December 1998, and for the fifth time in the history of the Premio Sciascia, an exhibition open to the public is dedicated to the works of the first three artists classified. The engraved works of Jan Vičar, Franco Fanelli, and Thierry Mortiaux, awarded by an international jury in the 2021-2022 edition chaired by Érik Desmazières, and exhibited in Venice at the SG Gallery - International School of Graphics, will arrive in over a year in some emblematic cities of the event, such as Fabriano (Paper and Watermark Museum), Florence (Il Bisonte Foundation for the Study of Graphic Art), Venice (International School of Graphics), Rome (Central Institute for Graphics) and Milan (Federica Galli Foundation).
